As our Energy & Utilities Manager, you'll be the strategic mastermind behind our energy ecosystem. This isn't just a job – it's a chance to:

We're looking for an extraordinary professional who brings:

  • Proven expertise in energy management with a track record of transformative solutions
  • Advanced qualifications in energy engineering or building services
  • Deep technical knowledge of renewable technologies, HVAC systems, and energy efficiency strategies
  • A passion for pushing the boundaries of what's possible in sustainable operations
  • The ability to translate technical complexity into clear, actionable insights

Qualifications That Matter:

  • TM44 Air Conditioning Inspection certification (Desirable)
  • Advanced understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Capability to conduct comprehensive energy surveys and develop fully costed efficiency proposals
  • Exceptional analytical skills for statistical analysis and benchmarking of Utilities consumption (Electrical, Gas and Water)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of energy legislative requirements

Where: You'll be based at The O2, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX. We offer flexible start times and welcome flexible working conversations. We work onsite 4 days a week and remotely 1 day a week.
