We're looking for a Campaign Executive to help deliver and optimise paid media campaigns across Google, YouTube, Meta and emerging digital platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for someone in the early stages of their marketing career who wants to learn quickly, take ownership and develop their performance marketing skills.

Working closely with our Performance Marketing team, you'll help launch campaigns, analyse results, test new ideas and improve performance across a wide range of channels.

 What You'll Be Doing

 Campaign Delivery

  • Build, launch and optimise paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube and other digital platforms.
  • Support campaigns from briefing through to delivery, ensuring activity is accurate, effective and delivered on time.

Optimisation & Testing

  • Test audiences, creative, messaging and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Use data and insights to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.

Audience & Performance Insights

  • Develop an understanding of customer audiences, fan behaviour and purchase journeys.
  • Analyse campaign and audience data to help drive ticket sales and customer acquisition.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Produce campaign reports and dashboards, tracking key performance metrics.
  • Share trends, insights and recommendations with the wider marketing team.

Innovation

  • Keep up to date with developments across digital marketing platforms and emerging technologies.
  • Help identify new opportunities, channels and smarter ways of working through automation and AI.

What We're Looking For 

  • Experience in digital marketing or paid media, either agency-side or in-house.
  • A genuine interest in digital advertising and performance marketing.
  • Experience using Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • A proactive approach and enthusiasm for learning.

Where: This role is based in our London Head Office near London Bridge station. We work 3 days in the office (Tues-Thu) and 2 days from home (Monday and Friday). We also offer flexible start and end times and welcome flexible working conversations.
