The Halls, Wolverhampton, AEG Presents newest venue, are seeking Box Office Assistants to join their team and wow our customers with a best-in-class service.

You'll

  • help to open the box office on a show day, selling tickets on the door and issuing collections to customers.
  • assist with the guestlist and help customers with any queries they may have in a friendly and professional manner.

We're looking for

  • people who have previous box office experience and a genuine desire and ability to work with the public in a front line, customer focused setting.
  • people who thrive working in a very busy environment, maintaining patience and empathy when working under pressure
  • excellent communication skills, confident in engaging and working with all kinds of people.
  • people with a proactive mindset, who are positive and flexible in terms of working patterns.

Where: You'll be based at the venue The Halls, Wolverhampton. This role will include working evenings and weekends.
