This is an opportunity to join AEG International at a time of growth, working closely with senior leadership to shape strategy, explore new opportunities, and bring data-driven insight into key decisions.

You will work alongside the SVP of Strategy & Planning, contributing to projects that influence how the business evolves and grows. The role blends commercial thinking, analysis, and collaboration across teams.

What you'll be doing

Market & performance insight

  • Gather and analyse market, competitor, and industry intelligence
  • Track trends and performance across business units to support decision-making

Strategic projects & opportunities

  • Evaluate new initiatives and business opportunities, sharing clear insights for senior stakeholders
  • Support the assessment of potential partnerships and ventures, including M&A activity

Planning & decision support

  • Contribute to business and venue planning, ensuring alignment with overall strategy
  • Provide data, analysis, and commercial insight to guide strategic decisions

What we're looking for

Skills & experience

  • Experience in strategy, planning, or a similar analytical role
  • Strong financial and analytical capability (e.g. DCF, IRR, commercial evaluation)
  • Experience working with large datasets to generate insight

Tools & approach

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with Power BI, or an interest in developing this skill

Working style

  • Able to communicate complex information in a clear and structured way
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and navigating evolving priorities
  • Discreet and respectful when handling sensitive information

Where: You'll be based at our head office in Blackfriars, a short walk from Southwark tube station and Blackfriars rail station. We offer flexible start and end times and currently work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely. We welcome flexible working conversations.
