  • Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting processes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across venues and the wider AEG Europe business

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in consultative sponsorship sales involving complex, marketing‑led solutions (Experience in music or entertainment is a bonus, not a must.)
  • Proven success closing multi‑year, six‑figure+ deals
  • Demonstrated ability to build an effective pipeline and manage the full sales cycle:
  • cold outreach, pitching, negotiation and contracting
  • A results‑driven, solutions‑oriented seller with creativity, resilience and ambition
  • Strong stakeholder skills with the confidence to influence and negotiate
  • Solid understanding of brand marketing
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with high emotional intelligence
  • A commitment to delivering best‑in‑class solutions and continuously improving
