We're now looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to support the UK Partnerships team, playing a key role in the flawless delivery of contractual partner benefits across The O2.
What You'll Do
Support Our Partners
- Deliver agreed partner benefits at The O2
- Help bring partner activations to life on site
- Capture activations and turn them into clear case studies
Manage Tickets, Lounges & Access
- Handle partner ticket requests and lounge access
- Coordinate partner lounge spaces, working closely with internal teams
Keep Things Running Smoothly
- Track partner activity and performance through weekly reports
- Manage admin accurately and meet deadlines across multiple workstreams
Build Strong Relationships
- Work closely with partners, agencies, suppliers and internal teams
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times
What We're Looking For
- Interest in music, partnerships and brand activations (experience is a bonus, curiosity is essential)
- Strong admin skills and great attention to detail
- Comfortable working with Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Able to juggle different tasks and priorities in a busy environment
- Flexible and happy to work across operations, marketing and partnerships

Where: You'll be based at The O2, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX. We offer flexible start and end times and currently work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely. We are open to flexible working conversations.
