Are you looking to develop your career within data and analytics?

Want to work for a company named in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work?

AEG Presents is looking for a Head of Data & Analytics reporting to the VP of Data & Analytics in the US. This role is all about shaping how data is used across the business—from the way we understand our audiences to how we enhance the customer experience across our live entertainment ecosystem.

You'll lead the development of our data capabilities, build tools that provide meaningful insights, and help teams across the organisation make smarter, faster, and more informed conclusions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing and expanding our data warehouse, working closely with engineering to improve existing datasets and introduce new ones.
  • Creating BI reporting and dashboards that turn raw data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Partnering with teams across marketing, operations, finance and more to build data‑driven strategies that support growth and elevate the customer experience.
  • Shaping the roadmap for future data and analytics capabilities that support business needs and opportunities.
  • Ensuring high data quality, accuracy, and transparency across all reporting and analytical outputs.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies that could improve our tools, processes, and tech stack.
  • Working closely with the wider analytics team to align priorities and operate efficiently across projects.

What we're looking for:

  • Significant experience in a data or analytics-focused role.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics engineering, business intelligence tools, and quantitative concepts.
  • Ability to handle technical tasks and present complex analysis in a clear, meaningful way for a non-technical audience.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel.
  • High-level SQL expertise.
  • Experience using BI platforms such as Tableau, Domo, MicroStrategy, or similar.
Curious about how data can drive better decisions and want to help shape a more insight‑led future at AEG Presents? We'd love to hear from you.

We'll give you a thorough induction on how we work at AEG. Our induction and onboarding programme is a great way to meet other new starters and to learn about our culture and values. We will give you training in our systems, policies, and procedures so that you'll be set up for success. From the moment new employees join us, they're welcomed with open arms and a plethora of exciting perks. Not only can they choose tickets for shows and climb The O2, but we also ensure that our employees are continuously engaged and rewarded throughout their journey with us.

Where: You'll be based at our head office in Blackfriars, a short walk from Southwark Tube station or Blackfriars Station. We offer flexible start and end times and currently work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely.
