At indigo at The O2, no two shifts are the same. One night you could be welcoming guests to a comedy show, the next supporting a sold-out concert or special event.
We're looking for friendly, reliable people to join our Front of House team and help create great experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.
This is a varied role where you'll work across different areas of the venue, including guest welcome, ticket scanning, bars, merchandise sales, cloakroom services and general event support.

What you'll be doing
Welcome our guests
- Create a warm, friendly welcome and help visitors enjoy their experience from the moment they arrive.
- Provide information, answer questions and support guests throughout their visit.
Support live events
- Scan tickets, assist with entry and help guests find their seats and venue facilities.
- Work with colleagues to keep events running smoothly and safely.
Work across different areas of the venue
- Support our bars, merchandise stands, programmes sales and cloakroom services as required.
- Process payments accurately and provide excellent customer service at every interaction.
Help create a great environment
- Keep public areas clean, welcoming and ready for guests.
- Report any issues and support venue operations before, during and after events.
Be part of the team
- Work closely with colleagues across Front of House, Bars, Security and Operations.
- Attend training and briefings, and be ready to help wherever needed.
What we're looking for
- Experience in hospitality, retail, customer service or cash handling is helpful, but not essential.
- Someone who enjoys working with people and delivering great service.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- A team player who communicates well with colleagues and guests.
- Reliable, dependable and able to commit to working events on a regular basis.
- Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends and event days.

When: To be considered for the role, you must be able to attend the following in person:
Assessment centres: 4,5,6 and 10 August (Afternoon sessions lasting approx. 2.5-3 hours)
Induction (if successful at assessment): 2 or 3 September
Training/Shadow Shifts: 4th, 6th, 10th, 12th, 13th and 15th September. You must be able to attend at least 3 of these training dates.
Where: You'll be based at indigo at The O2, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX. This is a shift based role, working evenings and weekends. You give your availability and choose the shifts you can work one month in advance. We ask that you are able to work regularly due to the nature of the role.
