Now, we're looking for Customer Advisors to join our team in Birmingham. If you're passionate about delivering great service, can think on your feet, and want to be part of the live events industry, this is your chance.
What you'll be doing
- Talking to fans over the phone, email, live chat and social media, helping them with their questions and bookings
- Selling tickets and upselling related products, always with the customer's experience in mind
- Handling queries and complaints with patience and professionalism
- Keeping accurate records so everything runs smoothly
- Hitting personal and team targets while keeping service levels high
- Working closely with your colleagues to keep things fun, positive and fast-paced
What we're looking for
We want people who:
- Have worked in customer service or a call centre before
- Are confident on the phone and love helping people
- Stay calm under pressure and can juggle tasks in a busy environment
- Are motivated by targets and like achieving results
- Communicate clearly, listen well, and bring positivity to every interaction
- Can work flexibly – this role includes weekends and bank holidays (that's when fans need us most!)

Where: This role is based full time in our Birmingham office near Birmingham International Airport and the NEC. You will need to be able to travel to meet with clients (approx. 2 days/week). We offer flexible start and end times and also welcome flexible working conversations.
