We're looking for a Content Coordinator to join our Client Services team. This role is responsible for keeping content across axs.com accurate, engaging and delivered on time. You'll work with venues, promoters and internal teams to ensure event listings, promotional content and website updates are ready to support every announcement, presale and onsale.

What You'll Be Doing

Website Content & Event Listings 

  • Build, update and maintain event listings, promotional pages, images and copy across axs.com using the AXS Content Management System (CMS).
  • Ensure all website content is accurate, consistent and ready to support event announcements, presales and onsales.

 Content Quality & Scheduling 

  • Carry out daily checks to ensure links, pages and content are working correctly, identifying and escalating any issues when needed.
  • Maintain a shared content calendar, tracking UK onsales and ensuring key deadlines are met.

 Client & Partner Support 

  • Distribute presale, onsale and special offer links to venue and promoter partners.
  • Work with affiliate partners to help promote live events and theatre shows.

 Collaboration & Continuous Improvement 

  • Build strong working relationships with venues, promoters and colleagues across Client Services and Marketing.
  • Support ongoing reviews of content processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Provide cover for the Content Manager during periods of annual leave.

 

What We're Looking For

 Skills & Experience

  • Experience using a web Content Management System (CMS).
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop.

Personal Qualities

  • An interest in live entertainment, events, music or ticketing.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships with people at all levels.
  • A calm, adaptable mindset with the ability to work accurately under pressure.

 Where: This role is based in either our London Head Office near London Bridge station or our Birmingham office near the NEC. We work 3 days in the office (Tues-Thu) and 2 days from home (Monday and Friday). We also offer flexible start and end times and welcome flexible working conversations.
