We're seeking a talented Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy, driving execution, and collaborating with highly cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences to our users.

What You'll Do

  • Own and nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, successful contract renewals, and delivery of agreed ticketing services.
  • Lead or support on business reviews, on-sale checks, event settlements, and on-site delivery—ensuring seamless client and customer experiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate client needs into actionable solutions, using AXS products to drive client success.
  • Monitor client performance and satisfaction metrics, escalating issues and identifying opportunities to grow ticket volume and yield.

 

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within the ticketing or live events industry, with a track record of managing multiple relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to work independently under pressure.
  • A proactive, curious mindset with resilience, professionalism, and the interpersonal skills needed to build trust and drive results.

 Where: This role is based in our Birmingham office near Birmingham International Airport and the NEC. We work 3 days in the office (Tues-Thu) and 2 days from home (Monday and Friday). We also offer flexible start and end times and welcome flexible working conversations.
