Our European Festivals division promote an annual calendar of sell-out festivals including BST Hyde Park, All Points East, Country To Country, Eden Sessions, Forwards, Rock En Seine.

Our International Touring team promote a series of global events including the likes of Taylor Swift, Elton John and more!

AEG Presents Touring are looking for a Tours Coordinator.

You will

  • Assist with all aspects of tour administration including:
    • tour planning and budgeting.
    • routing tours
    • financial modelling
    • coordinating with internal departments and external parties,
    • managing guest lists,
    • liaising with the venue/Artist management, and
    • supporting finance on the final show reconciliation

We are looking for someone who

  • Has an excellent knowledge of Excel and can use at an intermediate level
  • Has good financial skills and understands budgeting and routing tours
  • Has a strong attention to detail and can deal with multiple tours at any one time
