AEG Presents European Festivals Division is behind some of the UK's biggest events — including BST Hyde Park, All Points East, LIDO Festival, Roundhay Festival and Forwards Bristol.

We're looking for a Ticketing Manager to handle the day‑to‑day ticketing operations for our festivals — from onsale planning to working on site, through to settlement and reconciliation.

What You'll Be Doing

Festival Operations (Onsite & Planning)

  • Running onsite ticketing operations at AEG Presents festivals and supporting mid‑week events from set‑up to delivery.
  • Working with the Senior Ticketing Manager, production teams and ticket agents on planning, box office setup and digital ticketing.

Onsale Preparation & Inventory Management

  • Preparing festivals for onsale, including building events, managing inventory and coordinating information for ticket agents and internal teams.
  • Managing presales and onsales, monitoring performance and reporting key sales figures.

Reporting, Finance & Reconciliation

  • Producing clear weekly ticket sales reports and projections for senior leadership.
  • Supporting revenue breakdowns and ensuring accurate reconciliation with ticket agents.

Stakeholder & Customer Coordination

  • Coordinating guestlist and industry ticket requests and keeping departments updated on timelines and deadlines.
  • Acting as the main contact for ticketing‑related customer queries.

Team Support & Oversight

  • Managing the Festival Ticketing Intern and supporting wider ticketing planning needs.
  • Assisting with ticketing elements of Hospitality, Suites, Vouchers and Upsells.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience of working in a Ticketing role in either a venue or festival environment
  • Reporting accuracy and high level of attention to detail
  • Good Customer Service skills and experience
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and remain adaptable in a fast‑paced environment
  • Solutions‑focused with strong problem‑solving skills and calm under pressure
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable taking initiative
