We're seeking a talented System Administrator to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. In this role you will provide technical support to a wide range of people, primarily throughout London and the southeast but occasionally further afield within the UK and also Europe, ensuring that their technical requirements are met and their problems dealt with speedily and professionally.

You will ensure that all IT-related tasks are completed accurately and on time, supporting other members of the team and assisting the Senior IT Manager, in resolving all IT-related challenges.

What You'll Do

  • Point of technical contact and ensure IT service desk tickets across Europe are responded to in a timely manner
  • Organisation and upkeep of central device management system
  • Maintain accurate asset tracking records for all equipment.

What You Bring

  • Expertise with Windows Server 2016+ and other key Windows administration areas
  • Knowledge of networking skills including IPv4, IPv6, vLANs and wireless networking
  • Familiar with Mikrotik, Ubiquiti and Cisco Meraki equipment
  • Solutions focused, you'll able to easily spot and define problems

Where: This role is based full time in our Birmingham office near Birmingham International Airport and the NEC, but you will also need to be able to travel to other venues in the West Midlands on a regular basis, and other locations occasionally.
