Stock Manager

We're looking for a Stock Manager to oversee the movement, control and reporting of beverage stock across indigo at The O2. From cellar operations to event-day support, you'll play a key role in ensuring our bars are fully stocked, compliant and ready to deliver a great guest experience.

What you'll be doing

 Stock Control

• Manage beverage stock across bars, cellars and storage areas, ensuring accurate records and reporting.
• Monitor stock movements, investigate variances and support regular stocktakes.

Cellar Operations

• Maintain organised, safe and efficient cellar and storage areas.
• Ensure products are stored correctly, rotated effectively and kept in excellent condition.

Event Support

• Work with the operations team to ensure bars are stocked and event-ready.
• Support stock replenishment during events and reconcile stock afterwards.

Deliveries & Ordering

• Receive, check and store deliveries accurately and securely.
• Monitor stock levels and help plan orders based on upcoming events and demand.

Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain records of wastage, discrepancies and transfers.
• Support continuous improvement of stock processes while ensuring compliance with venue standards.

What we're looking for

• Experience in stock control, cellar operations, logistics, warehouse, hospitality or beverage operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock movement processes.
• Comfortable using stock control systems and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work in a fast-paced live event environment and safely handle stock deliveries.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive and organised approach.

Where: You'll be based at indigo at The O2 inside The O2 at North Greenwich. You will need to be available to take deliveries during the day and also work evenings and weekends.
