We're seeking a talented Senior Web Analyst to join our dynamic team in London. In this role, you'll translate complex user behaviour into actionable insights that shape how millions of fans experience live events worldwide.

What You'll Do 

• Bridge compliance and creativity - Ensure our tagging strategies meet legal requirements while maximizing analytical potential
• Unify our digital ecosystem - Work with Product teams to create a seamless data layer across all platforms
• Own the data layer - Evaluate, quality-assure, and optimize our tracking foundation
• Excel with our tech stack - Implement and manage tools like Adobe Analytics and Rudderstack
• Transform raw data into insights - Model user behaviours to uncover meaningful patterns and opportunities
• Connect the data dots - Collaborate with Analytics Engineering and Martech teams to power downstream systems

What You Bring 

• Technical expertise in JavaScript, Adobe Launch and Analytics
• Problem-solving skills for debugging complex tagging implementations
• E-commerce intelligence from developing tagging solutions in digital commerce environments
• Deep understanding of site tagging fundamentals and their analytical applications
• Understand Metrics of core e-commerce KPIs and user behaviour tracking
• Privacy prowess with consent management tools like OneTrust
• Global perspective on regional compliance challenges and solutions
• Cross-platform knowledge of mobile app KPIs across iOS and Android

Where: You'll be based at our head office opposite London Bridge station. We work 3 days in the office (Tues-Thu) and 2 days from home (Monday and Friday). We also offer flexible start and end times and welcome flexible working conversations.
