AEG Presents is behind some of the biggest tours, festivals, and live events across Europe. We're looking for a Senior Ticketing Manager (1 year fixed term contract) to lead our Tour Ticketing team and ensure every event — from intimate club shows to stadium moments — is delivered seamlessly.

This is your opportunity to shape ticketing strategy, guide a talented team, and play a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences for fans.

What You'll Be Doing

Team Leadership & Process Improvement

  • Lead, support, and develop the Tour Ticketing team across all AEG Presents shows
  • Work closely with the Head of Ticketing to refine and improve departmental processes
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training for new team members

Event Preparation & Sales Management

  • Oversee event setup for on‑sale, including price scaling, manifests, approvals, and distribution of event details
  • Coordinate fan club and agent pre‑sales, and confirm shows with venues and ticket agents
  • Provide detailed sales maps and recommendations to optimise unsold seats and ensure every venue looks its best
  • Manage distribution of distressed tickets when required

Revenue Maximisation & On‑Site Support

  • Collaborate with the team to maximise show revenue through flexing, scaling, and holds management
  • Attend events as needed, delivering outstanding on‑site customer service
  • Prepare advance box office settlements and complete reconciliations on event days

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in ticketing within the entertainment or live events industry
  • Confident, experienced people leader who can inspire and guide a team
  • Highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and remain adaptable in a fast‑paced environment
  • Solutions‑focused with strong problem‑solving skills and calm under pressure
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable taking initiative

Where: You'll be based at our head office in Blackfriars, a short walk from Southwark Tube station or Blackfriars Station. We offer flexible start and end times and currently work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely. We welcome flexible working conversations.
