We are looking for a tenacious senior salesperson with great brand and agency contacts to join the Global Partnerships division, to cover the maternity leave of the team's Senior Sales Director for 12 months starting 01 November 2025.

What you'll be doing:

  • Primarily responsible for achieving sponsorship sales targets for AEG Present's festivals and events
  • Need to hit the ground running: contacting brands and closing deals, and then contracting with our internal legal team
  • Develop a good working relationship with other members of Global Partnerships in London and globally, and 
  • Play a role in managing/coaching members of the AEGP sales team

What we're looking for

  • A tenacious salesperson with a background in rights-holder sales
  • Someone with sound knowledge of brand marketing, particularly experiential.
  • A creative thinker with a great ‘black book' of contacts within brands and agencies. 
  • A proven track record in securing sponsorships 

You'll need the gravitas to skilfully resolve issues in a pressurised environment whilst preserving both internal and external relationships.

A great communicator and presenter; you'll be an excellent team player who thrives working in a high achieving environment. Being a lover of great music and the world's best live shows would also be an advantage!

Where: You'll be based in our head office on Blackfriars Rd, Southwark. You will be able to work remotely one day a week.
