AXS, part of AEG, is a global leader in ticketing technology, powering unforgettable live experiences through innovative data solutions.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of the Apex Platform — a key component of our B2B Client ecosystem, enabling seamless end-to-end event lifecycle management for our clients across the entertainment industry.

This is a high-impact role where you'll shape product direction, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver meaningful solutions at scale.

What You'll Do

Shape Product Strategy

  • Define and own the product roadmap, aligning with broader business goals and client needs.
  • Lead product discovery — form hypotheses, define OKRs, explore options, and drive clarity on scope and priorities.
  • Develop scalable solutions in partnership with stakeholders to meet current and future demands.

Drive Delivery

  • Collaborate with UX, engineering, data, and business teams to bring concepts to life — from MVP through to scaled delivery.
  • Translate strategy into actionable product requirements, user stories, and detailed functional specs.
  • Use test-and-learn frameworks to refine product features and optimise performance.

Own Performance

  • Define and track key product KPIs to measure success and inform decisions.
  • Leverage data to identify growth opportunities and guide iterative improvements.
  • Communicate progress, outcomes, and vision to leadership and stakeholders clearly and regularly.

What You Bring

  • Experience in Product Management with Agile development, working directly with IT/Engineering and business stakeholders
  • Expertise with integrated B2B2C/B2B products and emerging trends
  • Critical Thinking with the ability to define the problem, analyse the data and processes to identify creative solutions and drive incremental improvement
  • Understanding of business processes, and technical and functional knowledge.
  • Curiosity with a Test and Learn Mindset.
