We're looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to be the crucial connection between our global data engineering and BI teams. In this key role, you'll spearhead analytics architecture initiatives that help our clients unlock the full potential of their data.

What You'll Do 

  • Build robust data foundations - Apply engineering best practices to deliver well-defined, tested, and thoroughly documented data sets
  • Connect cross-functional dots - Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, BI, and Product teams to enhance the data that powers our metrics
  • Drive analytical innovation - Help plan and build sophisticated models for marketing attribution, pricing optimization, and inventory management
  • Think globally, act locally - Support business needs across all markets as part of our international team
  • Be a trusted data partner - Work closely with stakeholders, clients, and partners to address their unique data and analysis requirements
  • Shape our data future - Contribute to strategy development, best practices, and the global roadmap for Analytics Engineering

What You Bring 

  • Deep expertise with dbt - Extensive experience building and maintaining dbt models
  • SQL proficiency - Strong track record writing complex SQL queries and optimizing performance
  • Real-time analytics experience - History of building analytics layers that deliver immediate insights across B2C organizations
  • Cloud platform knowledge - Experience with cloud-based solutions, particularly Snowflake
  • Version control skills - Practical experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
  • Data best practices - Solid understanding of data hygiene, modeling, testing, and monitoring
  • Business domain insight - Ability to define core data models across business functions (core business, marketing, finance)

Where: You'll be based at our head office opposite London Bridge station. We work 3 days in the office (Tues-Thu) and 2 days from home (Monday and Friday). We also offer flexible start and end times and welcome flexible working conversations.
