AXS connects fans with the artists and teams they love.  Each year we sell millions of tickets to thousands of incredible events and are the preferred ticketing partner for some of the largest UK venues and festivals. 

They're on the hunt for a Senior Account Manager who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned clients to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.

You will

  • As the primary relationship holder with clients, ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction resulting in contract renewals
  • Lead and coach a team of Account Managers and Account Coordinators, ensuring the highest levels of client service
  • Ensure delivery of ticketing services for clients according to requirements and business objectives
  • Continually strive to grow the number and yield of annual tickets sold per client
  • Own the cadence and reporting of Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly business review with clients, plus lead their team in delivery of these business reviews
  • Be the market expert and work closely with clients to implement the relevant best in class solutions
  • Check events are put on sale and transacting as expected, escalating and assisting with any issues where necessary
  • Lead and assist in on-site support across a range of our client's events as required, delivering best in class client and customer service
  • Maintain a command of all AXS products and a comprehensive knowledge of client deliverables and business objectives

We're looking for someone who

  • Has extensive experience working in a client facing role with a track record of managing client relationships in Ticketing
  • Has experience in leading and motivating a team of ticketing professionals
  • Has the ability to communicate, influence and explain concepts credibly and effectively
  • Has the ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Presentation skills using PowerPoint and other presentation tools
  • Has gravitas, curiosity and willingness to have fun

Where: You'll be based in our head office in London Bridge but will need to be able to frequently travel to our clients and other AXS UK office locations (approx.. 2 days a week).  

We offer flexible start and end times and work in the office 3 days a week and work from home 2 days a week. We welcome flexible working conversations.
