Love live music, comedy, or sports? Want to be part of the action behind the scenes at one of the world's most famous venues? As Programming Administrator at The O2, you'll help make every show a hit. You'll support the Arena Programming team with smart data insights, ticket tracking, contract handling, and event planning. Your work helps keep the UK's biggest stage running smoothly — every single night.
What you'll be doing:
Data & Analysis
- Keep track of venue bookings
- Share weekly reports on shows, promoters, and competitors
- Spot trends and help shape future programming
Contract & Admin Support
- Draft and send out event contracts
- Make sure everything gets signed and filed
- Work with the finance, legal and venue teams to keep things running on time
Sales & Reporting
- Track how shows are selling
- Send updates to industry leaders like Pollstar and Billboard
Event Support
- Help organise VIP and hospitality experiences
- Coordinate backstage suite requests and special guest arrangements
- Handling guest lists, VIP parking, and internal ticket requests
Admin Pro
- Keep our central programming and diary system, Tempo, up to date
- Book travel for the team
- Create slides and documents for key meetings
What we're looking for:
Industry Experience
- You've worked in music, events, or a customer-facing job
- You know how ticketing and event planning works
- You're confident dealing with clients and partners
Passion for Live Events
- You're a fan of music, comedy, sports or entertainment
- You understand what makes a great show
Organised & On It
- You're great with Excel, PowerPoint and general admin
- You pay attention to the little details
- You love solving problems and keeping things on track
Strong Communicator
- You're confident in meetings and presentations
- You're good at building positive working relationships

Where: You'll be based at The O2, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX. We work 4 days a week in the office and 1 day from home. We offer flexible start and end times and welcome flexible working conversations.
