We're seeking a talented Privacy Program Manager to join our dynamic team in London. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy, driving execution, and collaborating with highly cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences to our users.
What You'll Do
- Manage and respond to data subject rights requests, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant handling across all regions.
- Deliver engaging in-person privacy training to teams such as customer service and marketing, building strong privacy awareness across the business.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to embed privacy-by-design and privacy-by-default into products and processes, including maintaining Records of Processing Activities and data mapping.
- Support privacy incident management by coordinating responses, advising stakeholders, and helping mitigate risks.
What You Bring
- Strong experience in privacy and data protection, with solid working knowledge of the UK DPA 2018, UK GDPR, and EU GDPR.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting privacy concepts to teams of varied backgrounds and levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and deliver high-quality, detail-focused outputs on time.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications and the ability to build effective working relationships across the organisation.
Desirable
- A degree or graduate diploma in Business Administration, Law, Information Security, or a related discipline.
- German, French, or Swedish language skills.
- Experience using tools such as OneTrust and/or Jira.
- Awareness of US state privacy legislation (e.g., CCPA).

Where: You'll be based at our head office opposite London Bridge Station . We work 3 days in the office (Tues-Thu) and 2 days from home (Monday and Friday). We also offer flexible start and end times and welcome flexible working conversations.
