The People & Culture team at AEG are looking for a People Administrator to wow our employees.

You will:

  • Be responsible for various administrative tasks across the entire employee life cycle from onboarding new starters to contract changes, managing benefits and much more.
  • You'll ensure impeccable data management across all tasks.
  • Form an important part of the People Team, maintaining and working via our centralised system.
  • Work towards the ongoing improvement of processes and procedures across the employee lifecycle.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Relevant and significant experience of working in a HR and/or Recruitment administration role, with a good knowledge of employment contracts, onboarding new starters and Right to Work checks
  • Strong experience of using HR systems and an understanding of why data integrity is
  •  
  • Passion and enthusiasm for HR administration
  • An extremely organised approach to work with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Influential communication skills which ensure all new starters at AEG feel welcome and have all the information they need to start their career with us.
  • Intermediate user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to build effective internal relationships to ensure HR are adding value to the business.

Where: You'll be based at The O2, close to North Greenwich station on the Jubilee line, but will also travel to our other venues and offices in London. We offer flexible start and end times and also welcome flexible working conversations.
