AEG Global Partnerships connects brands with unforgettable live experiences. We're looking for a Partnerships Manager (Activation) to bring brand partnerships to life at Victoria Park festivals (Lido and All Points East) and across AEG Presents Touring outside North America. If you love music, brands, and creating amazing experiences, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

 Build Relationships

  • Work closely with partners, agencies, and AEG teams.

 Deliver Partnerships

  • Make sure partner contracts deliver maximum value.
  • Set clear KPIs and create activation plans that work.

Be On-Site

  • Help deliver activations at festivals and events.

Manage Touring Partnerships

  • Spot opportunities, negotiate offers, manage presales and ticket allocations, and keep everything tracked.

Drive Growth

  • Find new ways to generate revenue and support renewals.

Think Creatively

  • Develop ideas that fit partner strategies.

Measure Success

  • Track results and report back to partners.

Collaborate

  • Work with Operations, Ticketing, and Marketing teams.

Create Reports

  • Produce case studies and post-campaign summaries.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience managing multiple brands and accounts.
  • Strong background in account management and partnership delivery.
  • Passion for live music and the role brands play in entertainment.
  • Solid understanding of sponsorship, events, and the entertainment industry.
  • Creative, solution-driven mindset with a focus on results.

Where: You'll be based at our head office in Blackfriars, a short walk from Southwark tube station and Blackfriars rail station. We offer flexible start and end times and currently work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely. We are open to flexible working conversations.
