AEG Global Partnerships connects brands with unforgettable live experiences. We're looking for a Partnerships Coordinator (Activation) to support the delivery of partnerships across Victoria Park festivals (Lido and All Points East) and AEG Presents Touring for our Global Partnerships division (outside North America).

What You'll Be Doing

Partnership Delivery & Activation

  • Support the Partnerships Manager in delivering partner contract commitments across Lido Festival, All Points East and AEG Presents Touring.
  • Help coordinate and deliver on‑site activations at festivals, tours and venues, taking responsibility for nominated partners.
  • Oversee contract delivery for key AEG Presents partners, raising any challenges and helping drive solutions.
  • Build strong working relationships with both internal departments and external stakeholders.

Administration & Coordination

  • Lead on administrative tasks such as maintaining benefit and rights trackers, taking meeting minutes, preparing presentations, and compiling reports.
  • Manage the relationship with the Ticketing team and ensure all ticketing rights are delivered accurately.
  • Provide clear and timely reporting on partner performance, ensuring delivery against objectives and KPIs.
  • Support the team in developing efficient processes for delivering contract obligations.

 Commercial Support

  • Create partner case studies and post‑campaign reviews that help drive future commercial opportunities.
  • Support with renewing and upselling nominated partners.

What We're Looking For

  • An understanding of — and enthusiasm to grow knowledge in — music, sponsorship, and brand activation.
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Good commercial awareness.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with a wide range of people.
  • Confident working in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams and PowerPoint).
  • Clear communicator and collaborative team player.
  • Proactive, solutions‑focused and adaptable.
  • Comfortable working outside standard working hours, particularly some weekends during the summer festival season.

Where: You'll be based at our head office in Blackfriars, a short walk from Southwark tube station and Blackfriars rail station. We offer flexible start and end times and currently work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely. We are open to flexible working conversations.
