What you'll be doing:
Month-End & Financial Reporting
- Deferring and recognising income and costs each month
- Reconciling costs for all shows
- Updating and reconciling the monthly balance sheet
- Raising or releasing accruals as required
- Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations for review
Operational Finance
- Preparing and processing bar sales, labour, and cost of sales
- Reviewing coding and supporting AP invoice processing
- Assisting with bank payment approvals
Audit & Continuous Improvement
- Supporting the annual audit process
- Identifying opportunities to streamline and automate accounting processes
- Handling additional duties as requested by the Finance Manager or senior leadership
What we're looking for
Skills & Experience
- Part‑qualified accountant, ideally with industry experience (first‑time passes desirable)
- Excellent core accounting knowledge
- Strong Microsoft Office skills—especially Excel
- Confident experience in accounts preparation and financial accounting

- Proactive, committed, and eager to develop

Where: You'll be based at our head office in Blackfriars, a short walk from Southwark Tube station or Blackfriars Station. We offer flexible start and end times and currently work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely.
