 What you'll be doing:

Month-End & Financial Reporting

• Deferring and recognising income and costs each month
• Reconciling costs for all shows
• Updating and reconciling the monthly balance sheet
• Raising or releasing accruals as required
• Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations for review

Operational Finance

• Preparing and processing bar sales, labour, and cost of sales
• Reviewing coding and supporting AP invoice processing
• Assisting with bank payment approvals

Audit & Continuous Improvement

• Supporting the annual audit process
• Identifying opportunities to streamline and automate accounting processes
• Handling additional duties as requested by the Finance Manager or senior leadership

What we're looking for

 Skills & Experience

• Part‑qualified accountant, ideally with industry experience (first‑time passes desirable)
• Excellent core accounting knowledge
• Strong Microsoft Office skills—especially Excel
• Confident experience in accounts preparation and financial accounting

• Proactive, committed, and eager to develop

Where: You'll be based at our head office in Blackfriars, a short walk from Southwark Tube station or Blackfriars Station. We offer flexible start and end times and currently work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely.
