We are looking for a Junior Accounts Receivable Assistant to join the finance team at The O2 to ensure the timely and accurate processing of all invoices.

You'll be

• processing invoices and receipts into accounting software;
• calculating and checking to ensure remittances agree to payments received and
• recording any inconsistencies and investigating issues.

We're looking for someone who

• is accurate when processing all sales ensuring any discrepancies are investigated and reconciled and assist in the timely collection of outstanding customer accounts and set up new customer accounts.
• has some experience of working in a finance or accounts position and an understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Has fast and accurate data entry skills, and a good working knowledge of Excel and be able to use your initiative.
• Is a clear and concise communicator who can build good working relationships with both colleagues and customers.
• Has the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload to meet deadlines and exceed expectations;
