AEG Presents Global Touring International Division is looking for a Head of Tour accounting, International.

 Lead our international tour accounting and financial reporting operations with precision and excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Manage Tour Settlements: Handle show/tour settlements with all stakeholders while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Drive Financial Communication: Translate complex financial data for various departments and senior leadership
  • Identify Financial Risks: Review settlements, ticket sales, and budgets to flag concerns and manage costs proactively
  • Deliver Post-Tour Analysis: Prepare profit/loss settlements and confidently interface with artists and partners
  • Provide Executive Insights: Create concise financial summaries for leadership decision-making
  • Optimize Financial Processes: Develop and refine accounting procedures to enhance efficiency
  • Ensure Tax Compliance: Manage international withholding taxes and artist payment requirements
  • Support Production Finance: Assist with contractor management, insurance, and expenditure control

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Qualified accountant with live music/events industry experience
  • Stadium-level tour accounting expertise with multi-currency proficiency
  • Strong understanding of international withholding taxes outside North America
  • Exceptional analytical skills with forward-thinking risk management approach
  • Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize under tight deadlines
  • Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% (including some weekends/evenings)

Where: You'll be based at our head office in Blackfriars, a short walk from Southwark Tube station or Blackfriars Station. We offer flexible start and end times and currently work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely. This role will include overseas travel.
