We're looking for Guest Experience Assistants to deliver the highest level of customer service to our guests on event nights.

You will welcome our guests with a smile, be their first point of contact with any access related problems or issues and will deal with these with empathy and understanding.

It's about treating everyday as a show day and working together with the Guest Experience Team to ensure our guests have an unforgettable experience at The O2. 

We are looking for

  • proactive, positive, and approachable people who have experience of working in a VIP hospitality environment.      
  • people with a genuine desire and ability to work with the public in a front line, customer focused setting
  • people who thrive in a very busy environment, maintaining patience and empathy whilst working under pressure.               

You'll be an excellent communicator, confident in engaging and working with all kinds of people, both internal and external.

We're looking for a problem solver who can deliver the same high level of customer service throughout the event to every single guest time and time again.

We provide a comprehensive training package so you will be confident in your role with us and set up for success.

 

Important Information: This is a Event Hours based contract and will include working both weekday evenings and weekend shifts. 

We ask that you commit to a number of shifts per month, and we ask for availability a month in advance, so you can make this role work for you. You MUST be available to work over the Christmas and New Year period to be considered for this role.

Dates we need you to be available to work: 

December - 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th, 31st

January - 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th 

We are holding assessment centres on the dates below and you need to be able to attend in person to be considered:

9 October 10am-1pm

10 October 10am-1pm

16 October 10am-1pm and 2pm-5pm

Inductions will be held on 25 and 31 October and you will begin your training and shadowing shifts shortly afterwards. You must be able to attend one of these inductions to be considered for a role.
