We're looking for a Graphic Design Manager to shape the visual storytelling that powers AEG's Global Partnerships team. You'll create innovative, high‑impact presentations and sales materials that help secure new global partners and elevate relationships across Europe, APAC, and the Middle East.

What You'll Be Doing 

Creative Design & Brand Storytelling

  • Design engaging sales and marketing presentations (Bylder, PowerPoint) and multi-format materials across digital and print.
  • Lead creative concept development for pitches, proposals, and major sales drives.

Project & Workflow Management

  • Manage creative briefs, working closely with sales and activation teams to understand objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Implement and maintain a suite of template designs, providing training and guidance to ensure best practice and efficient workflows.

Management

  • Line manage the Partnership Sales Coordinator, supporting their development, training and day-to-day workflow.

What We're Looking For 

  • Significant experience in a design role, owning projects from concept to final delivery.
  • A degree, diploma, apprenticeship, or equivalent industry experience supported by an impressive commercial portfolio.
  • Deep understanding of brand, marketing, and their impact within a commercial entertainment business.
  • Strong experience creating sales and marketing assets such as:
    brochures, flyers, posters, newsletters, digital ads, outdoor print, tickets, website content, email assets, animations, social assets, and interactive presentations.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), MS Office, Bylder and other design platforms.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E 3, Runway, ChatGPT, or Jasper AI—and how they can be harnessed for creative production.
  • A creative thinker with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Skilled at prioritising and managing multiple workstreams.

Where: You'll be based at our head office in Blackfriars, a short walk from Southwark tube station and Blackfriars rail station. We offer flexible start and end times and currently work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely. We are open to flexible working conversations.
