We're looking for experienced and motivated Front of House Supervisors to help shape the guest experience at AEG Presents' newest venue, Watford Colosseum. You'll lead our front of house and bar teams to deliver smooth operations and unforgettable moments for every guest.
What you'll be doing:
FOH - People
- Lead and motivate FOH staff to deliver Best-In-Class service.
- Schedule teams using RotaOne, ensuring all shifts are fully covered.
- Brief staff at the start and end of every shift.
- Allocate tasks and support staff throughout the shift to maintain speed and cleanliness.
- Ensure every guest receives top-level customer service.
FOH - Operations
- Oversee bar operations: open/close, sign-out staff, and prep for the next event.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, health and safety across FOH and bar areas.
- Keep cellars and back of house clean and organised.
- Regularly clean beer lines, ice machines, and other equipment—reporting any issues.
- Check all deliveries are complete and accurate.
- Maintain strict stock control, accurate inventory records, and lead regular stocktakes.
- Follow and uphold correct till reconciliation procedures.
What we're looking for:
- Previous bar and supervisory experience – ideally in a busy venue.
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
- Self-motivated and confident working independently.
- Excellent customer service skills, staying calm and empathetic under pressure.
- Strong IT skills – especially in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- A flexible, hands-on attitude and commitment to getting stuck in.

We'll give you a thorough induction and training in the role.
Where: You'll be based at the venue in Watford. You will need to be available to work evenings and weekends at events (5pm-11pm).
When: Assessment centres will be held w/c 21 July (if successfully shortlisted you must be able to attend in person) and we need people to start work with us on 15 August 2025.
We need people to be abel to work the following event dates:
28th August & 29th August
12th, 13th and 26th September
2nd, 4th, 16th, 18th, 22nd, 25th and 30th October
