We're now looking for Front of House Assistants to join our amazing team at The University of Wolverhampton at The Halls. You'll help us deliver best-in-class service and create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for guests on event nights
- Welcome and assist guests, ensuring they feel safe and comfortable
- Check tickets and direct guests to the correct area within The Halls
- Support accessible guests, helping them move around the venue
- Answer guest queries with confidence and professionalism
What We're Looking For
- Passion for customer service and creating amazing experiences
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment, staying calm under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with all types of people
- A proactive, positive attitude and flexibility with working patterns
Key Details
- Location: The Halls, Wolverhampton
- Age Requirement: Must be 18+
- Working Hours: Evenings and weekends
- Typical shifts: 5pm – 11pm
- When: we are holding assessment centres on 11 and 12 January 2026 and need people to start working with us on 26 January 2026.
- We send you shifts a month in advance and ask you to work as many and as regularly as you can.
