What You'll Be Doing:
Welcoming & Guiding Guests
- You'll be the friendly face guests meet first – scanning tickets, helping them find their seats, and making sure everyone feels welcome, including our access customers.
- You'll also keep public areas like the foyer and auditorium looking their best at all times.
Delivering First-Class Service at the Bar
- Working across our bars, you'll serve drinks efficiently and confidently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless experience. From pulling pints to managing cash, you'll help keep the good times flowing.
Supporting Behind the Scenes
- You'll lend a hand wherever it's needed –
- whether that's selling programmes and merchandise,
- running the cloakroom on event nights, or
- jumping in to support colleagues and guests with whatever comes up. Every shift is different – and you'll thrive on the variety.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally with bar or cash handling duties.
- A natural ability to stay calm and friendly under pressure – especially during busy show nights.
- A genuine passion for delivering a Best-In-Class service and making people feel welcome.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and at short notice – live events don't follow a 9–5!
- A proactive, positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
