We're seeking a talented Event Project Manager to join our dynamic team in London. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy, driving execution, and collaborating with highly cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences to our users.

What You'll Do

• Project manage the end-to-end delivery of outdoor events, including staffing, equipment, and on-site box office operations
• Recruit, train, schedule, and support casual event and fulfilment staff, ensuring excellent delivery at all times
• Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, communicating updates clearly and on time
• Oversee budgets, payroll, health & safety, and ensure the AXS brand is represented professionally on-site

 What You Bring

• Experience in ticketing, fulfilment, or on-site box office operations within music, sport, or theatre environments
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
• A proactive, calm, and adaptable approach, able to manage changing priorities and work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels

 Where: You'll be based at our head office opposite London Bridge Station . We also offer flexible start and end times and welcome flexible working conversations.
