We're looking for an experienced and highly capable Executive Assistant to support our President, Global Partnerships, AEG International. This is a pivotal role at the very heart of our business, requiring exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to operate with absolute discretion.
What you'll be doing:
As Executive Assistant, you'll be the right hand to the President, Global Partnerships, AEG International, providing seamless support across a wide range of responsibilities:
- Full diary management for President of Global Partnerships and assist with external meeting diary management and expenses for SVP of Global Partnerships
- To provide full administration support to the President of Global Partnerships
- Manage and organise all domestic and overseas travel arrangements and itineraries
- Organising internal large team meetings and Annual summits from an event management point of view which take place in UK or Germany.
- Running external invitation process and hospitality elements for events such as BST & Brits in UK, and Coachella or The Grammy Awards in LA
- Organising both internal conferences and incentive travel events for clients, which include attending these events (in UK & oversees) and running the programmes.
What You'll Bring
This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can anticipate needs before they arise, and has the presence to represent senior leadership both internally and externally. You'll have:
- Proven PA / secretarial experience, including working in a busy office and dealing with all levels of seniority
- Experience in coordinating events and being a brand ambassador
- The ability to ensure confidentiality and professionalism is maintained at all times
- Highly organised, with a committed and flexible approach to work, with the ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritise work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong track record in building good internal and external working relationships across diverse business areas and functions
- Computer literate. Well-versed with Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Creative thinker with a positive with a “can do” attitude
- Team player who enjoys working in a high achieving environment
