AEG Global Partnerships connects brands with unforgettable live experiences. Our Strategy Team plays a pivotal role in shaping the commercial success of our partnerships by delivering data-driven insights, financial reporting, and strategic support across the division.
We're looking for a strategist to lead and evolve our approach to sponsorship valuation, commercial analysis, and sales enablement.
What You'll Be Doing
Sponsorship & Commercial Valuation
- Lead AEG's proprietary sponsorship and premium valuation models
- Deliver evaluations for internal stakeholders and external brand partners
Financial & Performance Reporting
- Manage CRM and financial platforms to track performance and budgets
- Collaborate with AEG Europe Finance and Business Strategy teams
- Produce timely, accurate reports on financial performance and sales pipeline for senior leadership
Sales Strategy & Enablement
- Partner with sales, partnerships, and premium seating teams to deliver best-in-class sales strategies
- Create target lists, presentations, and outreach materials in collaboration with design teams
What We're Looking For
Experience & Expertise
- Proven track record in media or sponsorship valuation and analysis
- Strong background in CRM and sales data management platforms
- Skilled in managing and reporting on multi-million-pound budgets
Collaboration & Communication
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders and international teams
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
- Confident presenter with excellent client-facing skills
Delivery & Impact
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Passionate about driving commercial success through strategic thinking

Where: You'll be based at our head office in Blackfriars, a short walk from Southwark tube station and Blackfriars rail station. We offer flexible start and end times and currently work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely. We are open to flexible working conversations.
