We're looking for a Deputy Front of House (FOH) Manager to help lead our bars, cloakroom and merchandise operations, making sure every guest has an amazing experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a thriving venue and grow your career with one of the biggest names in live entertainment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Organising engaging quarterly training sessions to keep everyone informed, compliant and inspired.

  • Helping to manage budgets and financial performance, working closely with the Regional General Manager to forecast and hit targets.
  • Ensuring staff meet uniform standards and represent the venue with pride.

Championing safety and compliance

  • Acting as a Health & Safety lead – ensuring all FOH staff are trained, aware of venue policies, and committed to keeping our guests safe.
  • Supporting event management planning and compliance with licensing and industry standards.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in a similar high-footfall, customer-facing role within live events, hospitality or entertainment.
  • Confident managing teams and handling performance, rotas, and administration.
  • A valid Personal Alcohol Licence.
  • Comfortable working evenings, weekends and late finishes – that's when the magic happens!
  • Strong understanding of event operations, health & safety and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working with VIPs and high-level guests.

Why you'll love it:
