AEG Presents – the team behind world-class tours, festivals, and venues across Europe – has recently reopened Watford Colosseum, a historic venue known for hosting great live music, comedy, and cultural events. We're looking for a Deputy Front of House Manager to help lead our bars, cloakroom, and merchandise teams, ensuring every guest enjoys a great experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

 What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering an outstanding Front of House experience across bars, cloakroom, and merchandise.
  • Leading and inspiring a dynamic team to provide excellent service at every touchpoint.
  • Creating a welcoming, safe, and inclusive space for guests and staff.
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and training a brilliant FOH team.
  • Organizing engaging training sessions to keep everyone informed and inspired.
  • Supporting stock control, budgets, and financial performance.
  • Acting as a Health & Safety lead, ensuring compliance and guest safety.
  • Working closely with the FOH Manager and Regional General Manager to deliver excellent results.

 What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a similar high-footfall, customer service role within live events, hospitality, or entertainment.
  • Strong leadership skills and confidence managing teams, rotas, and performance.
  • A valid Personal Alcohol Licence.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and late finishes – that's when the magic happens!
  • Knowledge of event management, health & safety, and working with key partners.
  • Experience working with VIPs and high-profile guests.

Where: You'll be based at the venue in Watford. You will need to be able to work evenings and weekends at events.
