Join us as the CRM & Digital Manager for UK Venues, where you'll help shape the CRM, website, app and digital strategy for some of the UK's most iconic venues — including the Eventim Apollo, indigo at The O2, University of Wolverhampton at The Halls Wolverhampton, Watford Colosseum and the brand‑new British Airways ARC at Olympia.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Venue Marketing Team and the AEG Presents UK CRM & Digital Team to ensure our venues deliver best‑in‑class digital communications, captivating content and seamless customer journeys.
What you'll be doing:
CRM & Customer Engagement
- Develop and deliver an effective CRM strategy for all AEG Presents UK venues.
- Manage, support and develop the Digital Marketing Executive, including setting objectives and overseeing performance.
- Lead the build, testing and deployment of CRM campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and increased automation.
- Audit venue databases, maintain data integrity and provide actionable, insight‑driven recommendations.
- Create, adapt and refine CRM reporting dashboards to support decision‑making across the marketing team.
- Work with IT, Legal and Data teams to ensure all CRM activity is fully GDPR compliant.
Digital Platforms – Websites & Apps
- Take the lead on venue website content management, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely updates for announcements, on‑sales and key milestones.
- Partner with external developers and suppliers to enhance site functionality and implement strategic improvements.
- Manage and optimise venue apps to boost customer engagement, including content planning, upgrades, journeys and commercial upsell opportunities.
Digital Content & Social Support
- Support the wider marketing team with social media channel strategy where needed.
- Oversee digital signage and screen content across London venues, including the new broadcast network at British Airways ARC and Olympia.
What we're looking for:
- Hands‑on CRM experience is essential (Adobe Campaign and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud are a bonus).
- A strong background working with customer databases and segmentation.
- Experience managing and motivating team members.
- Knowledge of website CMS platforms and app marketing.
- Confidence analysing and interpreting data using Power BI and Excel.
- SQL experience is an advantage.
- Analytical, detail‑oriented and proactive in approach.
- Able to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable working with analytical tools and digital systems.
If you're excited by the idea of shaping digital experiences for world‑class venues and want to make a real impact within a fast‑paced entertainment business, we'd love to hear from you.
We'll give you a thorough induction on how we work at AEG. Our induction and onboarding programme is a great way to meet other new starters and to learn about our culture and values. We will give you training in our systems, policies, and procedures so that you'll be set up for success. From the moment new employees join us, they're welcomed with open arms and a plethora of exciting perks. Not only can they choose tickets for shows and climb The O2, but we also ensure that our employees are continuously engaged and rewarded throughout their journey with us.
Where: You'll be based at our head office in Blackfriars, a short walk from Southwark Tube station or Blackfriars Station. We offer flexible start and end times and currently work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely.
