We are looking for a Control Room Operator to join our amazing Security team at The O2.
In this role you will
- Provide The O2 with a professional, effective and efficient control room service
- Support emergency procedures and the Senior Controller during major incidents.
- Operate all control room systems
- Support our Security Strategy
We are looking for someone who
- Is a SIA CCTV Operator with relevant Control Room Experience
- Has experience of working in a customer service environment and is committed to working to high standards and providing the highest level of visitor care
- Thrives in a very busy environment and maintains patience and empathy even when working under pressure
- Has good computer literacy, including all Microsoft Office applications and the ability to grasp new systems quickly
- Is experienced in handling radio and telephone communications
A real team player, you will collaborate with teams across The O2 to achieve our goals of keeping everyone safe.

Where: You'll be based at The O2, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX. This is a shift based role, working days and nights on a rota basis.
