AXS, a major global ticketing, data, and marketing solutions provider, are hiring an Chargeback Specialist.

You will be responsible for supporting the Fraud Manager in various tasks across the business and make sure the continued excellent fraud prevention performance of the EU business by maintaining high chargeback win rates and by monitoring and blocking suspicious accounts.

  • Manage processing and safeguarding chargebacks.
  • Reviewing, investigating, and resolving irregular transactions, including blocking fraud related accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with card schemes, group policies and local regulations.
  • Help compile weekly and monthly reports on chargebacks and irregular transactions.
  • Maintain existing fraud policy and develop new strategies with the Fraud Manager.
  • Implement improved processes to protect the business as directed by the Fraud Prevention Manager required.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all enquiries relating to fraud for the Customer Service Team

You will have a genuine interest and passion for fraud prevention and have experience in a similar role. You will also:

  • Have an understanding of current fraud trends and software applications.
  • Previous chargeback management background would be a plus.
  • Good knowledge of UK fraud industry bodies and processes.
  • An ability to work with Databases and manage significant volumes of data.
  • Ability to analyse and present data.
  • Disciplined approach to problem solving and accurate attention to detail.
  • Experience of working with high levels of confidential information.

Where: The role can be based at either our head office Cottons, 7th Floor West, 47/49 Tooley Street, London, SE1 2QN or our Birmingham office located near Birmingham International Airport and the NEC. We offer flexible start and end times and also welcome flexible working conversations. We work 3 days in the office and work remotely 2 days a week.
