We're looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to maximise our Groups, Education and Corporate markets, build meaningful partnerships, and take our visitor experience to new heights.
What You'll Do
- Work with the B2B market to grow our Groups and Education products, helping deliver budget targets, KPIs, and strong partner relationships.
- Plan and deliver a successful year‑round travel trade strategy, working closely with the Head of Attractions and the Marketing team.
- With a particular focus on private group bookings across tour operators, charities, education and leisure organisations.
- Monitor and report on sales, targets, and opportunities, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
- Collaborate with the FIT/Third‑Party Business Development Manager to support existing strategies and manage key partnerships.
- Oversee ticketing software (e.g., Ventrata) and the full booking process—managing seasonality builds, supplier onboarding, integrations, and the smooth running of online booking journeys.
- Implement ticketing and pricing strategies to maximise revenue across direct and third‑party channels.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working within a visitor attraction or leisure‑focused business, with an understanding of seasonality.
- Proven experience in the leisure, corporate and charity private group market.
- A track record of planning and successfully delivering short‑ and long‑term commercial strategies.
- Experience managing ticketing system builds and operations.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- A sales‑driven mindset, with excellent upselling and negotiation abilities.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to spot new opportunities and revenue streams.
- Confidence in producing financial reports and presentations.
- Flexibility to attend UK and international events, including some evening commitments.
- Strong knowledge of UK and European trade, groups, concierge and education markets.
- An understanding of wider visitor attraction industry trends.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills.

Where: You'll be based at The O2, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX. We offer flexible start and end times and currently work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely. We are open to flexible working conversations.
