Join AEG Presents at our newest venue, British Airways ARC and help us deliver world-class entertainment in the heart of Olympia.

We're looking for a skilled and proactive Building Services Manager to keep our venue running smoothly. You'll lead maintenance operations, manage contractors, and ensure compliance across all mechanical and electrical systems.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day building operations and maintenance to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Manage in-house teams and external contractors to deliver full maintenance capability.
  • Handle reactive works (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, decorating, etc.) within your competency.
  • Lead planned preventative maintenance (PPM) for M&E systems to extend asset life.
  • Conduct regular inspections for compliance, health & safety, fire safety, and security.
  • Maintain accurate records, certifications, and reports to demonstrate compliance.
  • Act as the venue's nominated person for Fire Safety and Legionella when required.
  • Represent Building Services in meetings with internal teams and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience managing complex buildings with high visitor footfall.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering maintenance.
  • Proven ability to manage in-house teams and subcontractors.
  • Relevant M&E engineering qualification (minimum technician level).
  • Recognised safety qualification (NEBOSH or IOSH) – training provided if needed.
  • Skilled in risk assessments and method statements.
  • Commercial awareness and budget management experience.
  • Confident working with BMS systems.
  • Valid UK driving licence.

Where: You'll be based at the venue in Olympia. You will need to be available to work evenings and weekends.

We offer flexible start and end times. We are also open to and welcome flexible working conversations.

Interviews will be held on Monday 12th and Tuesday 13th January 2026.
