What you'll be doing

You'll take the lead in keeping our venue operating at its best:

  • Overseeing daily building operations and ensuring everything is safe, efficient, and show‑ready.
  • Managing in-house maintenance teams and external contractors.
  • Carrying out reactive works within your technical competency.

  • Strong M&E engineering knowledge
  • Experience managing teams and contractors
  • A relevant M&E qualification (technician level or above)
  • A recognised safety qualification such as NEBOSH or IOSH (or willingness to train)
  • Confident with BMS systems
  • Good commercial awareness
  • UK driving licence

Ready to help shape the future of live entertainment and build something extraordinary? We'd love to hear from you.

Where: You'll be based at the venue in Olympia. You will need to be available to work evenings and weekends.

We offer flexible start and end times. We are also open to and welcome flexible working conversations.

We'll give you a thorough induction on how we work at AEG. Our induction and onboarding programme is a great way to meet other new starters and to learn about our culture and values. We will give you training in our systems, policies, and procedures so that you'll be set up for success. From the moment new employees join us, they're welcomed with open arms and a plethora of exciting perks. Not only can they choose a free show and to climb The O2, but we also ensure that our employees are continuously engaged and rewarded throughout their journey with us.
