Are you looking for a part time customer focused role?

Want to work for an employer named in The Sunday Times Best Places to work 2024?

At The O2, we create unforgettable live experiences for millions every year — and as a Box Office Supervisor, you'll be right at the heart of it all.

This is a frontline suprvisory role where you'll take charge of the box office on event nights, support your team, and ensure everything runs smoothly for our guests. Whether it's resolving a tricky ticket issue or keeping your team calm and focused, you'll help deliver a Best-In-Class experience — every time.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the box office team during live events, acting as the first point of contact for escalations, technical issues, or guest concerns.
  • Handle complex queries with confidence — from fraudulent tickets to sensitive bookings.
  • Distribute event information to the team and ensure everyone's prepped and ready.
  • Manage cash advances and deliveries in line with venue policy.
  • Maintain a professional, efficient and guest-friendly box office environment.
  • Record guest feedback and incidents in event night reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Guest Services, Venue Management and Security, and external partners such as ticket agents.
  • Support continuous improvement by contributing to team guides and operational documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience resolving customer complaints in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership under pressure — you stay cool, calm and solution-focused.
  • Familiarity with live events or venues, including safety and service protocols.
  • Confidence working with ticketing systems (e.g. Veritix) and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Excellent attention to detail — especially when handling guest data or ticketing information.

If you're passionate about guest experience, we want to hear from you. Come join a team that makes moments that matter.

Where: You'll be based at The O2, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX. This is a shift-based role. You give your availability and choose shifts you can work one month in advance.
