What You'll Be Doing: 

• Opening the box office on show days
• Selling tickets and handling collections
• Managing guest lists and assisting with customer queries
• Being the friendly face that welcomes our guests

What We're Looking For:

• Previous box office or customer service experience
• Calm and empathetic under pressure
• Excellent communicators who enjoy working with all kinds of people
• Flexible team players who can adapt to changing schedules

Where: You‘ll be based at the venue which is at 45 Queen Caroline Street, Hammersmith, W6 9QH, a short walk from Hammersmith Tube station. You'll need to be available to work evenings and weekends.
