We are looking for a Box Office Assistant who is looking to step up into a supervisor role. We will give you all the training you need and once completed you will be able to work shifts as a supervisor as and when required, earning £15.95 an hour.

In the Box Office you will:

  • Welcome and assist our guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Support our guests with digital ticketing and be familiar with The O2 Venue App, to ensure a best in class experience.
  • Provide accurate information about events, ticket availability, seating options, and pricing.
  • Assist with sales of tickets at the box office using our ticketing interface Veritix.
  • Using extensive knowledge of the arena to aid our accessible guests, supporting in their purchasing of tickets, to ensure a best-in-class experience.
  • Be sympathetic in approach to informing guests who have been victims of fraudulent purchases on the best ways to get their money back and assist in the process of booking new tickets or accommodating where possible.
  • Stay informed about on-sales and events taking place in the arena, or any promotional events happening across the tent.
  • Embody The O2 Guest Experience Principles and promote them throughout your day-to-day work: make every moment count, bring the energy, make it seamless, and beat every expectation.

We will

  • Give you training in our ticketing platform Veritix so you are set up for success
  • Ensure you know all about our bars, restaurants and attractions within The O2 so you can answer guest's questions quickly and effectively
  • Train you on our Accessibility policy so you give our accessible guests a best-in-class service
  • Give you supervisor training

We're looking for someone who thrives working in a busy customer service environment, who maintains patience and empathy even when under pressure. You will put the guest at the heart of everything you do.

You'll also have good organisational and administrative skills and a good eye for detail.

This role involves working non-event days and event shifts. You need to be able to work a certain number of shifts a month and you can book these a month in advance.

We are looking to interview on 23/24/25 July and would need you to start work in August 2024.
