We're looking for calm, efficient, and customer-focused Bar Team Members who thrive in busy, guest-facing environments. You'll be confident handling high volumes of service while remaining empathetic, professional, and proactive when customer issues arise.

As part of our Bar team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our bars while delivering an outstanding experience for every guest.

What You'll Do

Delivering Great Guest Experiences

  • Greet guests warmly and take orders promptly and politely
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Support the resolution of customer queries or issues, escalating where appropriate

Operating the Bar Efficiently

  • Operate the POS till system confidently and accurately
  • Manage card payments correctly and efficiently during busy periods
  • Support stock management during service, reporting low stock when needed
  • Minimise waste through effective and considered service practices

Maintaining High Standards & Compliance

  • Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across the bar
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Work flexibly across other areas such as Self-Service Bars, Merchandise, or Cloakroom when required
  • Ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times
  • Check customer identification and comply with licensing laws, including Think 25
  • Adhere to all alcohol licensing and venue policies

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working in a bar or hospitality setting in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence using a POS till system and understanding card payments
  • A calm, professional approach and the ability to perform well under pressure
  • Strong customer service skills with empathy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of drinks, cocktails, and bar equipment
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Working hours: This is a shift-based role working evenings and weekends, normally from 5pm to 11pm, though some shifts can finish later and there are occasionally shifts during the day. You give your availability for the shifts you can work one month in advance. Once the monthly rota is confirmed you are expected to work those shifts. We ask that you are able to work regularly due to the nature of the role.

Where: You'll be based at the venue in Olympia, West London. You will need to be available to work evenings and weekends.

Start date: 12 or 13 May 2026.
