Play a Key Role in Bringing Shows to Life

  • Work directly with promoters and venue teams to help events run smoothly.
  • Get involved in show nights, contributing to the energy, atmosphere and success of each event.

Develop Analytical & Commercial Skills

  • Use your numerical strengths to create reports, sales maps and settlements — building commercial awareness that is valuable for future progression.
  • Learn how manifests, scaling and allocations drive revenue and shape the audience experience.

Support Others

  • Gain experience supervising hourly employees, helping you develop leadership skills in a supportive environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Confidence working in a busy, customer-facing environment with a personable, solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong numerical skills and the ability to produce accurate reports.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to maximise revenue opportunities within ticketing.
  • Previous box office experience is helpful but not essential.
  • Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as part of our live events schedule.

What You'll Gain

  • A unique skillset in venue ticketing, customer experience and event operations — highly valued in the live events industry.
  • Hands-on experience in a fast-paced, exciting environment where you can see the impact of your work instantly.
  • Professional growth, with mentorship and the chance to develop leadership, operations, systems and commercial skills.
  • A meaningful role, helping make live shows more accessible and memorable for every fan.
