Each business has a finance department who prepare and present annual budgets. Each month they prepare forecasts and support many other areas of the business. They help venue management to identify economic improvements (i.e. in regard to food & beverage reviewing offering, margins and stock turns) and approve supplier invoices. They support touring with payments and budgets, help management review contracts, tender processes and CAPEX projects and ensure other business units operate according to the company policy and procedures.
