We're seeking a talented Senior Client Services Manager - Outdoor Team to join our dynamic team in London. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy, driving execution, and collaborating with highly cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences to our users.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support a team of ticketing professionals, ensuring exceptional service delivery across Festivals and Greenfield Events.
• Oversee client requirements including event builds, onsales, and on-site ticketing operations, working closely with internal teams.
• Act as a ticketing systems expert, managing processes, resolving incidents, and driving continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while representing the AXS brand professionally at all times.

What You Bring

• 3+ years' experience in a senior client services or ticketing role, with strong knowledge of ticketing systems and technology.
• Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, supportive leadership style with confidence managing stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and administrative skills, including experience with reporting tools and Excel.

Where: You'll be based at our head office opposite London Bridge Station . We work 3 days in the office (Tues-Thu) and 2 days from home (Monday and Friday). We also offer flexible start and end times and welcome flexible working conversations.
